01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

09 Account Suspension & Closure

aq44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
